Video Gear Review: Wilderness Technology Trilaminate 3L Jacket

Matt from Next Adventure gets down to business with the Wilderness Technology Trilaminate 3L waterproof jacket. - Hello, my name is Matt. Today I'm here to talk to you about the Wilderness Technology Trilaminate 3L Jacket. This jacket is awesome! It's fully waterproof, it's got taped seams, and it's highly breathable which makes this jacket ideal for skiing, touring in the backcountry, or just biking around town. - We’re talkin' about what a great jacket this is. - Is that your color? - Is it not? I thought it was. It's blue. (sigh) The Trilaminate Jacket comes in some different high vis colors: blue, orange, and black. This jacket comes with adjustable cuffs and fully waterproof zippers. The jacket also has a fully adjustable hood, so you can adjust it to work with your helmet, or if you're not wearing a helmet it's still gonna give you complete protection in the rain, snow, or whatever Mother Nature throws at you. This jacket also comes with a removable powder skirt, so if you're out there skiing the fresh stuff it's gonna keep any snow from going up your back. One thing I really like about the Trilaminate jacket is where the zippers are configured. The pockets are nice and high on your mid-torso, so if you're wearing a climbing harness, it's gonna be out of your way. And the pit zips are located right along the ribs on the side, rather than up in the top of the armpit. It's Also got a great little goggle pocket on the inside here with mesh so it breathes. Keep your phone in there or whatever you want to do. It's got that classic cinch along the base in case you want to seal out the snow or just help stay a little bit warmer. Plenty of coverage in the back. The Trilaminate Jacket comes with a three-layer construction that makes it incredibly durable and fully waterproof. Nice soft fabric right along the cuff helps to keep moisture from building up, and most importantly, it helps keeps the coat from getting caught in your beard.
