Value Rating: 8 Durability Rating: 9 Overall Rating: 8.5 Location of Test: Mount Hood Duration of Test: 3 months and counting Product Name: Saturday Product Brand: Ride Best Use: Parks to Powder Size: 142, 146, 150, and 154 - Roll In Slimewalls - Single Impact Plate - Carbon Array 3 Laminates - Hybrid Glass - Performance Core - Hybrid Camber Shape Ride Saturday Snowboard The Full Review: The Ride Saturday is an excellent all-around snowboard for a rider looking for a do-it-all snowboard with a stiffer flex for more confident turns and more pop off jumps. I have ridden this snowboard all over the mountain and I find that it really has a place just about everywhere. The twin shape combined with the camber profile underfoot makes this baby a fun ride in the park. Meanwhile the rocker built into the tip and tail of the board help give you some float on powder days. The twin shape is not the best in the powder, but I've found that a quick binding adjustment of moving the bindings back an insert when anticipating powder does the trick! Something that I really like about this board is that after riding it for several months, I can really tell that it is tough. I'm not very nice to my snowboards but this one has stood the test. While the base took some scratches from pre-season rocks (that was my bad), the edges and the top sheet remained in remarkably pristine condition. The Saturday is a fantastic board for a rider that likes to take hard and confident turns. AKA this board is stiff! That stiffness and camber are awesome for holding an edge while in a traverse or making a hard carve. They're also great for getting pop off a jump for some added air. I've found that this snowboard holds up well in just about every condition! It cuts rumble well in variable snow, it flies on groomers, it floats in powder and it performs in the park. Ride Saturday Snowboard The Good - Durable - Stylish Graphics - Stiff Flex - Progressive Shape - Great All-Mountain Performance The Bad: - Twin Shape (personally, I just prefer directional boards) The Bottom Line: Do you want a one board do-it-all? You'll love this board! Ride Saturday Snowboard
