Full Review: The Goal Zero Rockout Speaker is great for anytime tunes. It's small but loud and the bungee chords on the back make it easy to attach to a backpack, trees, or any object around. The Rockout speaker is extremely portable thanks to it's lightweight, durable packaging. The sound quality is very high quality for a portable speaker, especially if you're using it in the woods or the beach. The speakers also has an audio out adapter that you can use to sync with other speakers.
The Rockout Speakers charge on a mini USB port and comes with a charger. The mesh net on the inside is a nice touch; it provides a spot where you can put your iPhone, iPod, or mp3 and when zipped up offers your devices a great deal of protection. The battery at full charge will run up to 20 hours and will not drain batteries on the device it plays from.
The Good List: Good sound quality, easy to carry around, durable, and itoffers protection for your device.
The Not so Good List: The mini USB charging chord is a little outdated.
The Bottom Line: Great for tunes on the go and for having a music source around the camp fire.
