The Full Review
This is an awesome ultralight tent for two! I've taken it on 3 trips to the Oregon coast. It is incredibly easy to setup. The one piece color coded pole system snaps together with press fit connectors. You will have this tent up and ready for sleep or play in no time! Once you climb in through the large rainbow doors it is comfortable and spacious. We had two Exped sleeping mats (72"x20") side by side. We are about 5'5" so there was plenty of room for our packs at our feet. You'll find four interior mesh pockets at your head which are great to hold your keys, chapstick, phone and head lamp. There also are two media pockets below those, which keep your ear bud cords from getting tangled and messy. The mesh top (without the rainfly) makes for an epic star gazing experience. The floor and fly are ultralight silicone treated nylon ripstop with a 1200mm waterproof polyurethane coating. The rainfly has color coded buckles on each end making it foolproof to set up correctly. Last but not least, it disassembles as easy as it sets up. You'll be back on the trail in no time.
The Good:
- Lightweight and packs small
- Easy to setup and put away
- Plenty of room for two 72x20" sleeping mats
- Feels like you are sleeping directly under the stars
- Love the grey/terra cotta color combo
The Bad:
- Footprint comes separate
The Bottom Line:
Even yo mama can set it up! In the dark even!
