The Full Review:
The Salomon Assassin has to be one of the most fun boards I’ve had the pleasure of riding. The snowboard has great stability, moderate flex, and great edge hold for an all-mountain shredder. I was able to cruise on groomers no problem, steer it in and out of the trees with ease, and jib around on it effortlessly.
I took this board on a variety of terrain and made the best of every situation that was thrown at me. The entire time I was on Salomon Assasin, there was a huge smile on my face. Hands down, this is one of the best boards on the market, in my personal opinion. I would recommend the Assasin to anyone who wants to progress in all areas of their riding.

The Good:
The board handles well in all conditions! Plus, it’s super easy to ride down the mountain and do a tripod without biffing it.
The Bad:
This board is rather flexible, so for steeper conditions, one might look towards the stiffer profile of the Assassin Pro.
The Bottom Line:
Want one of the best all mountain boards? Get this, no questions asked.
