The Full Review:
When you first look at the Service Dog, you can tell what it’s meant for; powder and cruising. I had a great time cruising around the mountain on this board, but feel that this board is going to perform better in deeper, powder conditions. With a big nose, this board wants to be a boat and float you on your journey down the slopes.
The sidecut on this board is shallow, so turning it can be a bit of a chore. This board is great for those that want to cruise on powder days and stay in open snowfields. I don’t think this board makes for a great tree ride. Stiff camber under your back foot makes for a fun stable ride. The bigger nose will chatter at higher speeds. It’s fun when you get used to it.

The Good:
Fun for big surfy turns in powder on open slopes.
The Bad:
Hard to control at first, but once you figure out the flex, you can make it move well.
The Bottom Line:
This board is a great stable powder cruiser and should be treated as such.
